About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing care schedules, supporting care workers, and ensuring high standards of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage care worker schedules

Conduct risk assessments and client reviews

Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards

Communicate with service users, families, and staff

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new carers

Requirements

Experience in domiciliary/home care coordination

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and IT skills

Flexible and able to work on-call when needed

Knowledge of CQC regulations is a plus
